Fees:
- 8% of the monthly lease amount. ($85 monthly minimum)
- $300 lease fee which includes all your marketing, advertising, signage, lockbox, etc…
- Optional MLS fee if you would like to post your property on MLS
- $150 lease renewal
- $200 reserve account for repairs
